I went to the Bad Moms premiere in my area when it came out, and my friend and I laughed and laughed! Admittedly, there was some crude humor and outlandish hijinks, but we loved how raw and real the story of being a mom came through in the movie. We’re all just trying to do the best we can here. Motherhood most certainly is NOT for the faint of heart, and I’m not just talking about dealing with your own kids! You have to deal with society as a whole: other moms, spouses, family members, media portrayals, self-help books, the PTA, and on and on.
