My toddler is an absolute messy boy! He’s my 5th kiddo, but I’m still pulling my hair out daily dealing with the clean up from his shenanigans!  It’s hard to stay on top of it, but I’ve come up with a few tips.
If you have a toddler, let me help simplify things for you.
1. Lower your expectations. They’re going to make a ridiculous mess all the time. Just learn to expect it and roll with it.
2. Teach them to clean as early as you can. My toddler can wipe his own face and hands pretty well and LOVES to try to help clean the floors after meals. I love to indulge him because one day, he’ll actually be good at it!
3. Have some awesome tools and supplies available so you’re ready for anything. Make sure you’re well-stocked. This even means when you’re on the road or on vacation. I’ve been known to leave a roll of Bounty Advanced paper towels in the back of my van, as well as some Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper. You just never know when you’ll need them!
Procter & Gamble Household Needs from Costco

Our family was low on supplies, so we headed to Costco recently to pick up some essentials for our house. Yes, we loaded up on some P&G Household Needs from Costco! Cleaning up after him requires a heavy arsenal of so many cleaning products.

We picked up Bounty Advanced, for wiping up his grimy hands and blotting the caked on food from his darling little face.

We also picked up some Cascade Complete Action Pacs. He’s got this terrible habit right now of taking out tons of dishes all day long, even if we’re not even eating. Since he’s usually a little bit sticky from boogers or eating or even dirty from being outside, we end up having to wash all of these dirty dishes. At least we don’t have to pre-rinse with Cascade Complete!

Oh, have I talked about stinky diapers? UGH! We go through those a million times a day it seems like. His favorite place to hide and do his business is right next to my bed. Yeah. I picked up some Febreze Air Effects to help freshen the air. What I love about Febreze is that it doesn’t mask odors, it actually eliminates them, stops them dead in their tracks! It makes it easier to breathe easy in my own room.

Finally, we got a package of something that I swear by. Have you tried my friend, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser? It seems magical, but it isn’t. Thanks to the water-activated micro scrubbers, surfaces all over the house can be restored to their original clean state. We’ve used these things to clean off pencil, marker, lipstick, shoes smudge, and caked on grossness all over. This is especially handy if your toddler is a budding artist and you accidentally took your eyes off of him for a few seconds, not that I would know anything about that.
Check out how we use these products in our house:
Details Matter! The little things that set P&G Household Needs products apart really make it worth sticking to their high quality products. The superior cleaning and freshness are hard to deny, so I stick with P&G for cleaning up after my messy toddler.

We use ALL of these products in our house too! I especially love the Magic Erasers- I tried a store brand eraser once and they do. not. work. Magic Erasers are a must have in our home!
