For all of my USA friends, Happy 4th of July!!
I hope you are having a wonderful, relaxing day. Special thank you to all of our brave men and women (past, present, future!) that have worked so hard to keep our home safe and free!
What are your plans for the 4th? Do you have any special traditions?
I think we’re going to take the kids out to see the fireworks tonight. I wanted to take them to a children’s parade this morning with my MOMS Club friends, but I had a huge migraine leftover from last night (BOO!!), so we didn’t go. For lunch, we went to Chili’s earlier for a free meal for the kiddos. ( You can get free kids meals tomorrow too!) No special tradition here!
We’re having a fun family day anyway, though! DD has read several 2nd grade level books to me (she’s 6) and my two DSs played tent/fort with me on the bed for quite a while. 😉 Hubs kept ’em in line while I worked out and he’s been chilling and enjoying a day off of work.
