I don’t think I’m going to take pictures of my food EVERY day, but for right now it is really motivating me to know that I not only have to track it, but that I’m posting pics for anyone and everyone to see!
So here was my Thursday of food (in pics!)

I also did over an hour of walking in the morning which burned 269 calories, so it made my calorie goal for yesterday 1469. My calorie total was only 1429, putting me just right below it. Woohoo! 🙂
