Losing weight can be a hard task. Counting calories is a great way to drop the pounds since weight loss really is about calories in versus calories out. I lost all of my pregnancy weight by counting calories and exercising within just a few months, and it was really empowering.
Calorie counting can be so frustrating sometimes, though, because it truly is a lot of work to track every single little thing. Nutrisystem makes it easy. With over 150 entrees and snacks available, the portion sizes and nutrients are just right without worrying about logging everything. They also provide live counseling online or by phone if you have questions, problems, or need some advice on using the program.
You guys know me, and I’m all about dessert. One treat I would love to try is their Red Velvet Whoopie Pie dessert. YUM! That does NOT sound like “diet food”, does it?

I have received remuneration from Nutrisystem to promote the sweepstakes.
I agree that counting calories works, but it is hard, especially if you want to eat real food. I find myself eating more prepackaged stuff when I am counting calories because it is easier to know how many calories I am getting.

I seriously need to get off my duff and start making an effort again. The only thing that works for me is severely restricting carbs (thank you, PCOS) and working out like a fiend.
Love Nutrisystem! And I never keep track of calories and all that stuff because it never works for me lol
wow thats an awesome prize! 🙂

I’ve just recently started counting calories and walking, but this sounds interesting and a helpful option for getting rid of those unwanted pounds I just can’t seem to get rid of!

I have never kept a track on my calorie intake.. i just try to eat healthy and workout a little a few times a week. So far it has worked for me but i wouldn’t mind being in better shape and if calorie counting is the way to it then maybe i should get started!
