When SPEKTRUM Glasses asked me if I would like to review a pair of their PROSPEK anti-blue light glasses, I said yes immediately. Surprise, they sent me TWO! It’s hard to decide which ones I like better as far as fashion goes, but both have served me well at blocking out the annoying blue lights emitted by my phone and computer screens.
As most of us do, I spend a lot of time on my devices. That can cause my eyes to become tired, my vision to get blurry, and sometimes I get headaches. The glasses that I received are non-prescription and designed to reduce the effects of blue light exposure by blocking the harmful effects that can cause eye strain and even sleep disruption. They do have prescription blue light blocking glasses available, too! They even have glasses available for kids.
With as much time as we all spend on screens, I definitely see the need for this product. I’ve been using them for a few weeks when I remember to during the day, and I’ve felt a difference. I don’t know about you, but after being on screens for too long, I usually get weird vision briefly and take breaks to look somewhere else, like I’ve seen recommended before on a health program. That’s good and all, but the PROSPEK glasses are preventative so that I don’t reach that point in the first place.
Each pair of glasses comes with a one year warranty. They’re so sure you’ll love them that they also offer a 90-day return policy for all non-prescription blue light glasses.
To purchase, you can go to the SPEKTRUM website, or check out the types I got from Amazon: Elite PROSPEK Glasses (affiliate link) and Artist PROSPEK Glasses (affiliate link). Either way, you’ll receive a great pair of glasses at a reasonable price.
