I can’t believe how awesome the summer movie lineup has been this year.  My kids have been keeping me busy, heading to the theater quite frequently to see all of the new releases!  The latest one they’ve been begging to see is The Secret Life of Pets.  Have you seen it yet?

My family has been really wanting to go, especially my daughter.  She is obsessed with getting a new pet of her own, and has already started a collection of two fish and hamster.  My oldest son is finally starting to get over his fear of cats and dogs, so we might be getting somewhere with this!

We can all agree that it looks like a heartwarming and funny story.  It looks like it will have some surprising twists and interesting characters, too.

Don’t we all grow up imagining what our animals do when we’re not around?  I always did!  Check out these funny animal antics!

Funny enough, my daughter recently got gifted a movie gift card by a family that we have done a lot of pet sitting for this summer.  She was able to treat me to a movie just last night.  Movie gift cards are awesome gifts for any occasion.

 

Check out this fun interview with the cast!  My kids would have loved to have conducted this interview.  It seems like everyone had a great time working together on the film, and we’re excited to go see it soon!
