Hey everyone!! WELCOME to the Spring Into Shape blog hop event. 🙂
Each day from today (May 30) through June 12th, I’ll be posting something about getting into shape this spring!! So something fitness or health related, more than likely!! 🙂
For my first post, I wanted to share some ways in which I’m going to be working on getting myself and my family more fit and healthy over the next couple of weeks.
- Limiting sodas to 2 per day (this is mainly for me!!!)
- Drinking more water (aiming for 6-8 glasses)
- Exercising for at least 30 minutes
- Eating at least 5 fruits/veggie servings per day
