Isn’t it important to leave a legacy for your kids? I think so, but I also know that I suck at scrapbooking, baby booking, photo booking, and keepsakes in general. Thanks to Lynsey at Moscato Mom, I was introduced to the idea of blogging to my kids. Basically, because of this 30 Things My Kids Should Know About Me post, I have some great prompts to really start the dialogue.

I know I love to journal, but need prompts to get my creative juices flowing. This is pretty much the same thing, but I’ll also be creating something special for myself and my kids – and my sweet readers can read along and get to know me at a much deeper level!
Keep in mind, my answers are me, now. Not me before or me later. This is a true snapshot of me in this moment.
I’m going to start doing this when I get a spare second or two. No promises on if it’ll be weekly, daily, monthly, or whatnot. I am not good at keeping promises to myself on that kind of thing. 😉 I also might not go in order. I’m a little ADD that way.
Here are the questions I’ll be answering, and I’ll be sure to link to my blog posts as I go along!

This is such a great idea Jenn…….I learned after losing my mom, that there was so much I didn’t really know. Questions I wanted to ask her after I became a mom myself. I’ve actually got a wonderful book (2 really) that I’m always in the process of filling out….one day I hope it will be complete and I can pass it along to my daughter. 🙂
