Hey everyone! I’m 22 weeks pregnant today and have made a vlog. It’s also featuring my “baby” Heath since he couldn’t stand being left out.
I will be listing up some great giveaways and reviews for mothers to be or new moms in the next day or two. I’ve confirmed details with the companies so I’m good to go on that. 🙂

[…] I’ve also taken on a moms group on Meetup and am trying to get that going. Yes, I’m super busy… BUT I need to get out and hang out with folks without being a MOM for a while. We’ll see how that group does.. I’m willing to give it a shot as I really want to keep putting myself out there to make more friends. OH and I absolutely love my OB. Where I moved from, the birth climate was hostile and fractured. Here, I was able to find a terrific OB that fully supports my decisions, desires, and wishes for the pregnancy and birth. He loves research and has no problems with Mom taking charge. He is backup OB to midwives in the area and seriously seems to respect that birthing community as well. (That’s something I have NEVER SEEN before. Where I was from, being a doula was so hard because there was such a push AGAINST moms taking charge, VBAC, natural childbirth, etc…. and none of them really supported the local doulas. Transferring was a total nightmare and everyone was a huge jerk if you had to transfer… not the case here, it seems!). It’s been neat talking with local doulas and other birth professionals.
