YUM YUM YUM is all I can say about new Tropical Traditions Organic Coconut Peanut Butter.

This was soo yummy!  I love that it didn’t have *any* fillers in it at all – JUST peanuts and coconuts ground together.  We put this on a simple sandwich – I used it in place of regular PB in a PBJ.  Well the “c”PBJ was a hit.  I’ll make it again and again! 
I tasted it plain and was surprised at how savory it seemed, but it makes sense` considering it didn’t have the additives.  I actually prefer my nut butters natural like this and tend to grind my own at the store just to ensure there are no additives.
