The Care Bears have been around for decades now, and so many families enjoy them and the lessons that they teach to young audiences everywhere!  Lessons in kindness, caring, love, empathy, and responsibility are commonplace in the story lines.  The characters are so cute and cuddly and each have a totally different mannerism and personality.  They really show you how we can all be different, yet work together to do good in the world.  What an empowering message for kids!

In Care Bears: A Belly Badge for Wonderheart Movie, which retails for $14.98, Wonderheart Bear wants to join the Cub Bouts.  It’s only for cubs with active Belly Badges, though, so she tries to fake her powers and it is disastrous!  Wonderheart learns, in the end, about being responsible, honest, and caring.  The DVD and digital download will be released August 6, 2013, and even includes 2 music videos (“Can’t Wait to Be the One” and “Care Hugs”).  Approximate running time is 65 minutes.

    I would say we love the Care Bears! I think we’ve only seen one movie, though, and I don’t remember the name. We’d love to win it!

    My daughters and niece loved the Care Bears and would watch them together. Now my niece has daughters that would love this.

    I remember watching “Care Bears Battle the Freeze Machine” when I was younger. It was on VHS. I was at a sleepover and everyone was asleep. I watched it over and over. Ha ha! Good times.

    We love all of them! My daughter had about 25 of those huge pillow carebears before and 100+ others. Now it is time for the grandbabies.

    I went to see the original Care Bears movie with my little sister WAY back in the day. I sympathized with Grumpy bear throughout. 🙂

    I’ve always s liked good luck bear and I remember watching this when I was little and loved the care bear movie- it had a canvival in it
