Tooth sensitivity is something that I have suffered from off and on since childhood. My mom has really sensitive teeth, and my daughter has already started complaining about it on her new adult teeth. My tooth sensitivity can be immediate, as with the case with very cold foods. It can also be a nagging, lingering pain, usually when I indulge in too many sweets.
I’ve mainly just been living with it and trying to avoid things that aggravate it, but I was recently sent a sample package of Crest Sensi-Stop Strips and decided to give them a try.
If you’ve been dealing with similar pain when you eat hot, cold, acidic, or sweet foods, keep reading to learn more about his new product!

I was surprised at how easy the Crest Sensi-Stop Strips were to use. The strip itself is small, but I found that it covered an area about as wide as 2-3 molars.
I simply removed the strip from the backing and applied it to my sensitive tooth area and on the gums about 5 minutes after brushing and flossing. I left it on for 10 minutes, and it is supposed to provide up to a month of sensitivity relief. I’ll update you next month with how it’s doing!
Immediately upon putting it on, I could feel a very slight tingle, but it really felt like nothing was on there and didn’t leave a weird taste or residue when I took it off. I haven’t had any sensitivity in the few days following my first use, so that’s good news so far.
To understand more about this product, I looked a bit more into tooth sensitivity and the anatomy of teeth.
So what is happening when tooth sensitivity is being experienced? Here is a little more information on that.
If you’re interested in trying this break-through product, Crest Sensi-Stop Strips are available at an everyday low price at Walmart or at http://crestsensi.com/Walmart.
Take control of your tooth sensitivity and stop suffering every time you enjoy your favorite foods and drinks. I’ll keep you posted on my results next month!

I have teeth sensitivity to cold beverages, and it would be great to try this new Crest product to see how it can help me with it. I like that I put the strips on for 10 minutes and it helps for over a month.

My dental hygiene habits have declined over the years. Maybe I’d get back on track if it felt better. I’ve been looking for a mouthwash that doesn’t sting but has fluoride.

Brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste is essential to good oral health. Not only does brushing your teeth help prevent tooth decay, it also helps prevent gum disease, which is one of the leading causes of tooth loss in adults and has been linked to heart attacks and strokes. Removing tooth stains and avoiding bad breath are added benefits of brushing your teeth.

Daily cleaning of your teeth, gums, and tongue, combined with annual check-ups helps ward off harmful bacteria and microbes that may cause tooth decay, bleeding gums, and oral infections. Proper oral hygiene is also important in helping you stay healthy, especially if you have risk factors such as diabetes and heart problems.
