Eating right is something I have to get back into right away. The holidays have completely derailed my fitness and great eating habits. Now I want to shed those holiday pounds and start feeling better about myself.
Nothing motivates me more than being held accountable publicly, so I decided to start an Instagram Food Photo Challenge January 6-12, 2014. The whole point is to chronicle every bit of food that is being eaten during this week and share it with the world. In the past, this has helped me to make better choices, so I’m hoping it will do the same now!
Win prizes just by literally watching (and sharing) what you eat.
1. Copy and share this picture on your IG account and hashtag it with #EatRight2014 and tag @JennsRAQ by 10AM 1-6-2014.

3. Each day, from January 6-12, 2014, share all of the food you eat that day on your Instagram account. This can be in individual pics throughout the day, or in a collage. Hashtag them all #EatRight2014
4. Tag @JennsRAQ on your very last #EatRight2014 picture on 1-12-2014 so I can find you easily.
