Ahhhh, Valentine’s Day!  A wonderful time of the year to indulge and feel blissful…. or is it?  How about this year you focus on YOU and how to feel amazing and look great?  As a mom to 3 (well, almost 4!), I know that it is really hard.  Taking time out to focus on yourself, lose excess weight, and fuel your body with the right foods can sometimes seem impossible!

If you have been looking for a great diet program that will really work, I highly encourage you to check out the Zone Diet by Dr. Barry Sears.  I was able to try the Zone Standard Program and was very impressed!  Yes, I am pregnant, so I’m not exactly DIETING here, but I was so excited to see the low calorie, high protein food items in the package.  My favorite item was the Double Chocolate Fudge Nougat Bar.  It served as a high protein, low sugar, and SUPER TASTY meal replacement when we were stuck in traffic with no other options to eat.  Not only did it taste chocolatey and delicious, but it also kept me energized and staved away hunger for quite some time.  That’s a huge difference from the normal chocolate bars I would reach for!
