Day 2 has come and gone!
So how did I do?
Limiting sodas to 2 per day (this is mainly for me!!!)I had like 4 today :-/- Drinking more water
(aiming for 6-8 glasses)I drank 4 - Exercising for at least 30 minutes YAY! I exercised for 45 minutes today!! Go me!
- Eating at least 5 fruits/veggie servings per day Woot woot! I did this – Cucumber, Celery, Broccoli, Romaine Lettuce, Apple, Pineapple
NOT terrible! I certainly have a few things to improve on, but I’m pleased so far. I’m also happy because I tried to make healthy choices as well as control my portions. We did go out to eat, but I didn’t make myself finish my plate and I actually had leftovers…which I brought home and DH ate for dinner while I ate something healthier. Woohoo!
