Katydid Collection – Fun and Fresh Fashion for Spring

As a mom, sometimes my fashion can get a little stale and frumpy.  When I received an email about possibly receiving a few pieces from Katydid Collection from their Spring 2015 line to review, I jumped at the chance!  Trust me, you would have done the same.  These garments are adorable.

I chose two that really show off my Texas roots.  I am a born and raised Texan, and these fun shirts are the perfect way to spruce up my spring wardrobe without going crazy.

First, I picked this Hey Y’all shirt from their Southern Charm Collection.

After losing over 20 pounds in the last 3 months, I was thrilled to have this statement piece to wear.

Then, since I truly am so proud to be a Texas girl, I picked a sweet tank top with some Aztec flair from their State Love Collection.

They’re so me.  They make me feel pretty and unique and fun and silly without costing an arm and a leg and without making me feel self conscious.  Any other jeans and t-shirt moms know what I’m saying here.

There’s no need to completely change your style to start feeling a little more fancy and fashionable.  Just pick a few special high quality, unique garments that you absolutely love and dress them up or down depending on your mood.
