Mother’s Day is right around the corner, and HMK has so many terrific gift ideas.  HMK is a retail store concept from Hallmark where shoppers can co-create the perfect gift using in-store services such as printing, embroidery and laser cutting.  They also offer a large variety of local items, including chocolates, candy, jewelry, and more.  With only three stores in the country, including Kansas City, Southlake (near Dallas), and Denver, HMK offers a truly unique shopping experience with in-store personalization using the latest technology and exclusive designs.

Thanks to HMK, I was given a gift certificate to check out the latest offerings.  They change often, so I have always found that each visit is a unique experience with new goodies.  You truly can spend hours in the store and still not see every little thing.  It’s like visiting a sweet boutique with fresh, new merchandise that you can’t find anywhere else, along with trendy jewelry and wares, coupled with signature Hallmark goodies.

I was able to find a sweet gift for myself for Mother’s Day again this year at HMK.  I wanted pretty much everything in the store, but I ended up with this adorable local tee and a candy bar.

The candy bar didn’t make it past the parking lot, though.  I really enjoyed that gift a week and a half early. 🙂

My 3 year old enjoyed the complimentary warm cookie that HMK gives out.  I asked him to pose, and he stuffed his face.  That’s life with that kid I guess. 🙂
