If you have been following along with my May 2013 Paleo Challenge, then your kitchen contents likely look radically different than when we started! I had you prepare your paleo pantry and refrigerator and stock up on yummy paleo foods. You’ve ditched the wheat, corn, rice, barley, sugar, beans, and dairy (among other things).
I want to give a huge THANK YOU and shout out to all of the amazing people that have chatted with me along this journey. The ladies in the Jenn’s RAQ Paleo Challenge facebook group have been wonderful. We’ve shared tons of great recipes, ideas, links, and more. I’ve learned a lot and gotten some awesome tips from them!
