Fall is almost here, so I am offering this great autumn memory game printable for you to use with your children! Print it out on some cardstock for a more sturdy game, or do a quick print on regular paper for the perfect game to use once or twice and recycle.
Simply follow this link or click the picture below to access the PDF file to print out.
Preschool and early elementary teachers, you can use this in one of your centers for a simple game for students to play by themselves or with a friend or two. Depending on their age, you may want to just print and use one page rather than both to make the game a little bit easier to play.
Children can play by themselves or take turns with friends finding matching game pieces. The pictures are all fall-themed like pumpkins, scarecrows, leaves, butter beer, and acorns. These full-color pieces will hold their attention for a while and make a good activity for kids who have finished their work or just need an easy time filler.
You could also use the game pieces as a sorting activity. Simply prepare it like you would for the memory game by printing and cutting the pieces out, and then have students sort the pieces however you would like – by color or by the objects in the picture.
Even my oldest kids like a cute little game like this! It would make a good party favor for a birthday party. Just print and cut and place in a fancy envelope or even just a simple snack-sized plastic zipper bag. It doesn’t get much easier than this!
