If you are anything like me, you go out to eat at least once per week. Starting out with a paleo lifestyle can be overwhelming enough just worrying about what to eat at home, so going out can seem daunting! My tips for dining out paleo style can show you that it can be easy if you know how to work the menu.
What Can I Eat?
Here’s the good news. There are tons of options available to you. Obviously, you will want to stay away from the big No No options like breads, pastas, beans, rice, and sugars. That list seems to just about exclude everything though, right? Wrong!!
There are so many delicious, filling, and satisfying options available at most eateries. Granted, going to a pizzeria may yield major disappointment, but what about their salad? Maybe they have a fresh fruit cup?

However, for my fellow cheapos, these tips will likely help you to make better choices and to feel less overwhelmed.
