Unicorns are so popular right now! You might be wondering how you can add a little magic to your next birthday party, after school treat, or lazy Saturday. Have no fear, these adorable Unicorn Kisses Cookies are here to save the day. The recipe is so easy, using a boxed caked mix and the new Hershey’s Birthday Kisses. You can make them pretty much any color scheme, too, so don’t count them out if you’re a mom of boys and find these a little too pink.
You Will need:
1 box of white cake mix, any brand
2 eggs
1/2 C. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. flour
4-5 different colored sugars (pictured are orange, yellow, pink ,blue, and purple – Wilton *affiliate link* has a great set)
Hershey’s Birthday Kisses (If you cannot find them locally, they are available on Amazon *affiliate link*)
To Make:

3. Combine the white cake mix, 2 eggs, vegetable oil and flour. Mix well and scoop the cookie dough into 2″ balls. (This cookie scoop is the perfect size. *affiliate link*)
4. Dip each cookie dough ball into each colored sugared and place 2-3″ apart on your lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool 5-6 minutes
7. Wait a few minutes, and then place one Hershey’s Birthday Kiss in the center of each cookie. (Any sooner than this and the Kiss will melt!)
*Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies
